RETURN POLICY
Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened fragrances.
You may return unopened products in their original condition, including original sealed packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. The customer must pay shipping costs. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Receiving a damaged item
For leaked or damaged products, please keep the delivery box and all packing materials. Please email us at (mail@luzfragrance.com) with the following information:

●Picture(s) of leaked or damaged product
We will follow up as soon as possible.
Receiving an incorrect item
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us by email at (mail@luzfragrance.com).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes from Los Angeles, CA.
We don't currently ship to US Territories, APO/FPO addresses.
No international shipping is available.
Attention: Fragrance is an alcohol-based item and is considered a hazardous material. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, our products cannot be shipped via air. All orders must be shipped via ground. Orders from Hawaii or Alaska will take longer transit time. |
