RETURN POLICY

Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened fragrances.
You may return unopened products in their original condition, including original sealed packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt. Sales of samples and discovery sets are final and we do not accept return. The customer must pay shipping costs. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.


Receiving a damaged item
For leaked or damaged products, please keep the delivery box and all packing materials. Please email us at (mail@luzfragrance.com) with the following information:

●Picture(s) of leaked or damaged product
